I have a VIC 1 system in the deuce and it does wonders for ear protection and also I am able to talk to the Copilot. Really comes in handy.

Why not purchase the paint all ready made? If you buy in bulk from Rapco parts, they have all the different military shades available. And they are oil based. Check out their website, it will save you a lot of time.

For Future reference, get rid of PB Blaster. Go buy "Free-All." I have had bolts that wouldn't budge with PB Blaster, and I sprayed some Free-All on them and let set for 2 minutes. They came off like clockwork. It's amazing stuff. It was hard to believe until I tried it.
