Just find a rolled over 1 ton truck for cheap. That's how I got my d60/14ff :lol:

A friend had a 1996 3/4 ton 454 burb with a full float 14b. Maybe it was engine dependent.

Guess not. Regardless I for sure know they came with full float 14's well into the 90's.

The full float 14b was under 3/4 ton suburbans and they did make 1 ton burbs

So what axles are under your m1010? You just said what gear ratio they are.

Not sure how similar but I've got that size tire on my m1009 with a 2" lift and I had to trim the front fenders on both ends. I also have 4.5" backspacing on my wheels (which was as far in as I could find to tuck the wheels)

Yea it's a nice piece. Cut out of stainless but the shiny silver didn't really jive with the rest of the truck so I painted it. Also came with stainless hardware for that price.

People refer to them as exhaust trim rings. I bought mine from a man that laser cuts them on eBay. It's a 3.5" and was $20.

Was sick of my exhaust dumping on my tire.

Ended up selling it this year and picking up a 5.3 Silverado as my dd. Boring but useful.

I had one on my Subaru wrx for 8 years. Was never a problem and not a drip from it. The lever sits in a lower groove once closed and uses a spring to hold it there. I always put a small zip tie in the groove though just to make myself feel better. My car also saw a fair amount of dirt roads...

I used the one in the waste gate controller I cut up. All I did was thread the shaft a few inches and then tighten it down with a lock nut. Good enough for 10psi

I have a gm-4. I ground around the two pieces of the pot till the outer one came off, threaded the stock rod more and used the stock spring in there with a washer and lock nut. I adjusted it to hit about 10 psi

I'm sure if you're running a 6.5 with a stock line no restricter is needed. I don't think everyone will need one, I just happened to be getting oil in my housing and needed one. Any speed shop, eBay, summit, etc has oil restricters. You'd need one for your line/application. i went electric...
