Put in a plug style block heater and a magnetic heater on your oil pan. Buy a 5000 watt generator and plug them both in. Hopefully its not too cold for the generator to start. HAHA. :roll:

Sounds to me like the shims in your pinion are not correct. Have you ever done and work to the differentials? Check the fluids in everything too. Tranny, t case and diffys. Could be an output bearing blah blah blah. Kinda hard to diagnose something without being there.

285/75/16 on mine little over 33 inch with the treadpattern. Goodyear MTR.

I was wondering about the "hard shift" as well. I find that when the vehicle is cold it shifts smooth as can be. Like really smooth. When it warms up to operating temp the shifts are very choppy and hard. Anyone have any input on this or is this how they are? Thanks...

My truck does the same exact thing. I just leave the heater fan on the notch below high and dont see the light anymore. Dont you get cooked when its on high? If it aint broke dont fix it.
