Im 3 for 3 all leaking. Id buy the $100 cartridge on epay and be done with that. 1 hour job. If you want to see the leak, take the cartridge off and fill the oil holes with water.
Somebody here has posted pictures of a testing kit with lights (and with glowplugs I think) like the STE that runs the EESS through the cycles. I have a few old PCB's I want tested???
Nope...I bought the garbage Jeep mirrors and they move at speeds over 25. I love the Chevy mirrors and if only someone would make me/sell the adapters.
Do you have any pictures? Same problem here. Im not so sure its designed to be underneath and without the armor overlay pinching/keeping it in position. Did you use adhesive? Just ordered another seal after spreading the first one too open at the top. Thanks
Ok, so I looked at the wiring again behing the genny. The small unmanaged wire branch had a fine razorblade thin nick in the sleeve that I could feel by hand caused by the sharp shroud (very tight spot to see without hoisting out the generator). I placed it in a sleeve and routed it away from...
Tomorrow I plan on disconnecting the generator sense wire, wiper motor, and light switch prior to another test drive in an attempt to locate the problem. The harness connections that go to the box are like new.
