I tried starting it earlier today. The engine gave two chugs and refused to start. I did use Ether. I tried starting it again after the starter cooled down, but the batter was run down. I have the battery charging right now.

The truck has been found. I contacted the police and a officer found it in the shop where it was being worked on. Turns out that one of the brothers working on it died around Christmas time and his brother never contacted me. So now a friend is working on completing it.
