Crack in the injector pump. replaced works fine

All lights will work except headlights and blower fan. Checked Blower fan and have power to fan. Could it be the light switch ? Causing no high or low headlights? :mad:

I had one do the exact same thing the same way.... changed the PCB, wait light worked right and she fired right up.

You know what happens when you put the top of the injector pump in wrong....Your eyes get big, start running in place and said things that would embarrass a salior as the engine hangs wide open. Holy mother of earth..Remember these two things .......AIR and FUEL one has to be shut off. WOW

Ok. On the 6.2 I changed glow plugs and the contol box. that fixed that problem however when it starts it starts to rev up and has to be shut off. Could it be the pump?

I'm looking for the wiring harness that will fit this DVE and Sensor assembly. I will try and show pics

I haven them however both are about a year old . Not enogh voltage maybe?

Ok Hummwv starting up every time. Parked for two weeks now start light blinks once turns over but fails to start. Could it be the yellow KDS box ? I can hear a click sound coming from the box rite after i stop cranking the engine.

I have a M998 that keeps kicking the cooling fans or something when temp reaches about 205-210 cools off quickly to about 195 - 200 and the fan noise quits. Driving about 55 mph on hwy and does it every 2 to 3 miles Fluids are ok and no smell of overheating. What do you think it might be ?

Does anyone have any info for a LAV 300?

What we did was got down there the day before pick up and they let us go inspect and see the truck. They jumped it off the next morning, day of pickup and off we went. Even had two full tanks of fuel but air brakes did need justing.
