How did you test these Injectors?
Have you ever disassembled them and soaked them in a cleaning fluid? That could improve the pressure.

99.9999999999 % of problems rarely fix themselves. You might have gotten something that least little bit more tight and it fixed it. But, I would in this case look for a wire worn through, sometimes touching ground, if it happens again. And you should keep starting and stopping it a few times...

My ground mounts are made of wood, so my method is to use short pieces of 10AWG wire from panel to panel frames and then from the middle strap, a drop lead to a ground rod.
Should work too. But like I said, remove a panel in the middle and the ground stops there. And its labor intensive. But...
