Update. I have so far got 16 years of the PS magazines renamed and in order. It is kinda a slow thing. BUT, I have found a wonderful copy of the missing first issue. I attached it for your viewing pleasure. :grin:
I also have issue 0804. But its to big to post here. We will be working on that.
The last 4 I saw, were in a DRMO. They were on a MAB Bridge, that had negative buoyancy. Divers had cut large holes in the sides of the vehicles and the MAB Bridge Boats, to let water out as they were lifted out of the Main River. Pretty sad.
The problem with posting links, is that links can go away. Lets leave these TM's here a while. and see if there is another way.

Its not called out in the TM, but we always used serrated washers to insure a proper ground. And made sure everything was clean and use a bit of sand paper to ensure metal to metal contact.
