    Rear Tire Camber

It's made like that from the factory because you'd typically have a lot of weight in the back leveling the tires out. You can remove the spacers to lower the toe in a bit. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    Control Box Schematics

What are the other failure points besides the cheap relays? And no, it doesn't technically need and engineer if you have knowledge of electronics design. But I figured someone who does this for a living would design the most robust system in less time than me trying to figure it out. Sent from...

    Control Box Schematics

I'm getting on upwork next week and hiring an electrical engineer to just make us some schematics for a bypass system. This can't be rocket science and I have zero doubt it should be very easy for an experienced engineer. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

24 bolt tire / wheel - Rim - change out only

Yep, the run flat would stay inside the tire. Although the swap is technically easy... It's laborious. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    HMMWV Insurance help please

I have a couple, but one is listed as "1987 American M Humvee 2D CPE G" which is my 2 door. I was able to get insurance before I even registered mine. Very odd they are not saying why. I took my humvee over to a local office when I did it. For the Vin I just told them to add a bunch of zero's...

    Functional electric fan conversion.

If you look in the military PS magazine, one issue has a writeup of how they put electric fans on their cooling stack in the fields. Shows the parts and all. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    Electric hmmwv

My video is a different guy. So it looks like there are two people who have converted. The first video is only using that one big custom electric motor, and he looks like he's putting components in a different config. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    Electric hmmwv

Too bad he doesn't give any specs on range and how it performs. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    Electric hmmwv

Just happen to see this while I was catching up on my YouTube vids. Should be interesting to see how this conversion turns out. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    Battery Hold Down Rods

I cut slots in the removable tray and use 1.5" thick velcro straps. Holds it equally as good as the rods but nice for quick removal. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

    Spindle nut

Probably nothing... I doubt his part cost went up at all. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

2 Way Radio for David Clark head sets

+1. This is the cheapest, easiest, and best solution... Fleabay a used aviation intercom box. It's pretty close to plug and play for your headsets. Sent from my SM-G986U using Tapatalk

2 Way Radio for David Clark head sets

The quickest way would be to buy a portable intercom box (Tocnet, flightcom, faro, racing radios, etc.) that would allow you to plug in the headsets. Wearing big headsets while driving looks goofy to me, so I prefer a small system. I've done multiple setups before. I personally use a custom...
