I'm with Jakob above. Try the WD 40, Marvel Mystery Oil and whatever in the cylinders and see if it will free up. I have done this to many old locked up vehicles in the past.
I once did this with on old MG Midget I bought from a guy for $100.00 as it was locked up and stuck in 1st gear. He was shocked when I drove it off his lot 3 days later and offered me a job as a Mechanic. I drove that car for 3 years before I sold it and never did rebuild the engine.
If the lube works and you can get it to move, just turn it a little bit each way and keep going back and forth a bit at a time until you can go all the way around. Spin it over a few times by hand. You may just get lucky and it does not cost a whole lot to give it a try.
