1953 Studebaker / REO M35 Deuce for sale - $2200 obo
- Studebaker gasser motor
- Hardtop aged, but intact
- Runs good for it's age, currently licensed and driven
- Parts are cheap and plentiful (as you probably know)
- Replaced master cylinder, fuel pump, sealed spark plugs, throttle linkages
- Added auxillary quick-connect air fittings for running tools
- Full operation and repair manuals included
Known issues: Fuel tank needs to be at least half full to keep running, probably needs new pickups and/or tank cleaning/replacement. Headlights work, but turn signals and brake lights can be flaky. Slow leak in braking system requires yearly topping off of brake fluid. Very slow leak in driver side, rear-most, outer tire. Rear tires are solid, but pretty worn. Mystery hole in exhaust pipe from use as fire truck.
Troop canopy and bows, as well as other accessories also available for sale.
The truck currently has an older heavy duty full hydraulic Western plow mounted on it, which is for sale separtely for $400 on Craigslist.
