Just got back from Kentucky. Spent 5 days camping with the zone group and 4 wheeling around in Land between the Lakes OHV area. Flew in the Nashville and drove up to LBL. We had a great time including a possum getting tossed into someones tent at 5AM and filling a coffee pot with horse poo as payback. It was a gas! Here is a shot of one of the members stuck in a deep hole. Didn't know it at the time but the valve stem was torn out and the tire deflated including coming off the bead. Took awhile to get out as he did not have a spare. You could set your watch by the daily afternoon thunder showers. It was a great time....<img src="http://img66.photobucket.com/albums/v201/Kaiserjeeps/Lannystuckinhole.jpg" border="0">

OUTSTANDING KJ. Gotta love those pics. Ya know, those M715s just beg to be modified and beat off road. I'm a semi purist when it comes to MVs and I would love to have a stock M715 but an M715 with a BB and 44's speaks volumes. Looks like a fun time!

I wish I could afford another M715. Thats just about what I would do to it. I was going to drop a 455, lift, boggers, and a 205 but decided to go all stock. No regrets, but I wish I had a thrasher....

DR, I sure wish I had posted something ahead of time. I did not think to.. My bad!!! It would have been great to meet you. The group is already trying to find next years spot. It was a total blast. Between one of the guys throwing a live possum in a couples tent and filling his coffee pot chock full with horse manure for paybacks, there were tons of laughs!! It was a gas! And yes the weather changed every 15 minutes. You could almost set your watch by it. It rained so hard about 4 every day. Soaked everything. Then it would start to evaporate and the humidity was something else. Me being from oregon about died from sweating.

We need more activity here. You guys from the Zone, let your fellow members know we're here, especially those that have crossed over to other MVs or are wanting to!

If anyone is interested in a fairly cheap (less than $4500) rust free, good running M715, contact Don at 202-321-9354. The truck is currently in Laramie, WY. I've driven it. It is pretty nice...new batteries, new cab top, new cargo cover (although no bows or troop seats). The tires need to be replaced. If I remember correctly, it has in the neighborhood of 35K miles. It is still OD and you can see some of the stars.

I am attaching some pictures of the truck when he bought it. The cab top was not installed at the time.

Yeah, I broke down and registered too.

However, seems like my stupid sig line refuses to update. I must have made like 12 additions to it, but it's still on the first iteration.

Now maybe I can learn bout them thar deuces!
