2007 M1165A1 AC Evap Fans

A few weeks ago, I got the ACs in my 2007 M1165A1 fixed, sealed, and running like a beast. However, I noticed that only one side of the Evap system has the fans running.

I've read all over, and some places say that both sides are supposed to be on any time the ACs are on. Other places have said that only one side should be running, unless the system is being overly taxed, then the other side will kick on.

Either seems plausible, and the AC is working exceptionally well.

Can someone please advise which way it is supposed to be, both on all the time, or one until the other is needed?

as long as the compressor is running, both sides of the condensers should run, it’s not uncommon for the fans to die.
check voltage at the fan when the other side is running. The rear evaporator controls the left rear condenser
