I have 7250 and not another one listed until 7844. All the others state 1952 around these and including these numbers. No your truck is a 1952.1952 M211 with winch
a. 7285
b. hood has 41127485 but it is a repaint with masking tape marks, not stenciled
c. 2320008344508
d. Oak Harbor, WA (I have Washington registrations back to 1992 which were still in the "glove box")
e. no bumper number
It has that yellow number disk on the grill "08", also painted on the doors, but I still don't know the significance of that. It was painted what I would call Washington DOT yellow at one time, so I am guessing it was used as a state highway truck for a period.
Question: if the year of manufacture from the data plate is 1952, doesn't that make it a 1953 model year vehicle?
The 08 on the disk and doors is the bridge weight classification. All 2.5 ton trucks would be 08 unless they were towing something. No, the yellow was standard Army. There is a lot of information reference this by doing a search on this website.
