We have our dates set for the SoCal Spring Rally the weekend of April 10th - 13th .

Here is the map to camp https://goo.gl/maps/4gL2iMToLmf1zsgR9

Saltydeuce usually provides us with a few truck loads of firewood for the community fire pit to have a warm gathering spot for lively discussions of border wall construction around LA, San Francisco and Sacramento.

There will be a convoy through the desert on Saturday around 11'ish which makes for a real good time and enjoy the view this also gives us an opportunity to pick up any trash that we may see along the way. When we get back I'll be grilling up some tacos for everyone there.

We have a rally car. If anyone wants to drive the rally car we ask for a donation to help with the purchase of it.

As it should be with any campsite we ask that you pick up any trash that you see as well as packing up what you bring out.

I know when we are out in the wide open it can be hard not to get on the skinny pedal and get the full experience of the wind blowing through the wig, but please be courteous at camp and around others that want to enjoy it too so that nobody gets dusted out. There is a 5mph speed limit in camp.

Hope to see you guys out there.

Here's our rally car.

Unfortunately I will not be going doing fite cleanup 7 days a week but my morning wood will still be there and most likely I will set the throttle at 2600 rpm and point the deuce in the direction of camp just make sure to rope it like a wild bull when it comes through camp so it don't make it on fort irwin

I'm a recent Yreka transplant after 50 years of east coast living. A "bit" up the road but might as well get connected. What're folks bringing out for the campout? I'm looking to meet folks and to also begin figuring out what I can/can't have on the roads out here.

Bring the basics for camping plus a sturdy tent, it can get windy so a sturdy tent is advisable. In the past I've slept in the bed of my truck with a campershell and did just fine, but a couch and a few blankets by the fire are all some people need for a good night's rest.
We also have a few long and short range targets to practice with the pewpews so if you have any of that bring it.
