Wow how the year flys by.

It is time again for our annual Oklahoma Convoy.

Our best Convoy has been the trip from the State Capital, out hwy 62 to Luther and then a stop at Pop's on Route 66. So that is the plan for this year.

We are having our Thanksgiving on that day so you guys will just have to have enough fun for me too. You know if I got an emergency call that somebody broke down and needed help. On second thought the wife would never buy it. Oh well have fun and take lots of pics.

Okay, I have been asleep at the wheel with this event. Sorry.

Meeting time will be 8:30am at the south parking lot of the State Capital, at N.E. 23rd St and Lincoln Blvd.

We will head east toward Luther and have breakfast/lunch at Pop's. Then head back to OKC.

I had tried to secure a site for some light off-roading but didn't have any success. All the spots I was aware of where taken with deer hunting leases. I didn't think we wanted to practice our small arms fire avoidance...
