Don't get discouraged and keep up the good work. I have been silently watching this thread a long time and am of the thinking anything quality worth having is worth waiting for. I am sure there are many of us here that will be purchasing these.

Here is some pic's. He said that if he makes 20 sets at a time, would be $1,600.00 a set.

Have they been tested yet? If not, need a few guys to test some? When they are good to go put me down for a pair. Is the list starting here or on facebook? Lol

Ctis will be doable I think but not on the first run, when I started this project some time ago I had to start somewhere, I was able to get a pattern from a steel soldier here, he was nice enough to send me one off of his truck with a promise that I would give him a set If I could do this project, I will keep my word there are four made as of now, two for me and two for him, there are still two springs that have to be made still, but in the works, I could not make this on my cnc machine so I had to have a friend make it on his, I did drawings and 3d print parts, he will make the hubs, he spent many hours making a right angle tool to cut splines on the mill, there is not a total concrete price of cost yet.

As long as they work on A2 models i am interested in at least one set and most likely two sets for my trucks.

Sorry but out of my price range unless it was buy one set get a set free. ($1250 to $1500 max)

Well, it's the usual problem.

I'm interested, but do you have a ball park? Half an order of magnitude accurate.

i.e. this a $500 item, $2500, $5K?

I would be interested in a set if they stay low enough.
Right now we are at $2,800 a set and can get them to $2,500 on a run of 10 or more sets... trying to get a few guys to give a verbal commitment to ease the risk on our end. The time in cutting the gear profiles on these parts is over half the costs - designing around that problem would take some more R and D to come out with a good proven product that can take the abuse these things are getting with larger than stock tires. Also looked into casting but was taken back by the 35K up front mold cost with an outside finish of the housing not being guaranteed. Thinking the only way to combat costs is to fight with a high quantity run that will spread setup costs.
