5 ton parking brake

Can anyone tell me where I can find a new brake shoe for my hand brake m820a2 5 ton?

i got mine from white owl, though the hand brake is WORTHLESS on the 819 unless your on flat ground

There was a vender at the Ga Rally that had some for a good price. I cant' find his contact info right now but will keep looking.

Are you sure your's is worn out? Mine just needed to adjusted. The brake pads for the parking brake are a lot thinner than those of the main brakes. i saw a set on Ebay a while back.

I took a look and they are pretty thin,

Maybe I can find a shop that relines brakes,

It cost me $82 to get my parking brake shoes relined. Better off buying 2 for $75 from the above poster. I buy all I can find at the shows. Sometimes $25 sometimes $100, It doesn't matter, I have a lot oftrucks. Same with the E- Brake cables, both old and new styles, I buy them when I find them. These trucks will live forever if there are parts for them. JT out
