8 wire M105A2 ,only need 4

Hello All Needing a lil help with my 105 trailer. I have 8 wires,4 red, 4 blk. They are color codedas follows. blk/red stripe,blk/green stripe,blk/white stripe and solid blk.. red/blk stripe,red/white stripe, red/green stripe, solid red. I am only going to use the flat 4 plug for lights. No b/o lights. I need to know if anyone knows which of these wires are the ground

All fied up ,bulbs changed, works well for my needs,, found an easy way to get the wires I needed.

The color coding sounds aftermarket and probably why you didn't get any responses. All of the M series trucks and trailers are wired with black wire and have little metal circuit numbers on them.
