803 auctions?

Where have all the 803’s gone? The last month or two there have been very few for sell on the auction websites. My father has been trying to snag one for backup power at his house for about 6 months and hasn’t been successful. The first few times it was his fault as he couldn’t figure out the bidding process on GL. In his defense, I find that websites bidding process to be confusing as well. Anyways, the last few months the MEPs have been almost non existent. Is this just because of the Christmas/New years?

I just looked and I see 148 MEP-803A's listed on GLA and another 38 on GovPlanet.

There are atleast 100 being sold this month including other sites

Might get warned by PM, but these arent links to individual auctions, so we'll see. But click on both and pick your poison (the stuff through GL the last 6 months has been real poor quality, all in all).

Maybe it’s because I’ve only been looking in the states closest to me. I don’t know how much shipping would be from someplace like Ohio.

I'm awaiting shipment of an 803a right now from Georgia. There's a bunch coming up for auction on the 17th.
