NATOPS manuals are used by Navy and Marine air units.
NATOPS means: NAVAL AIR TRAINING & OPERATING PROCEDURE & STANDARD
To a Marine NATOPS meant: NOT APPLICABLE TO OUR PRESENT SITUATION

I have never seen one with 17in. But I guess it could be done.

The 16" options would be far more common and cheaper than anything for a 17" wheel.

ha ha, no if you read the posts earlier that was just the extra that was left after I tightened down the straps. I used the axles to tie her down...
