8th Aviation Appreciation Day, Aug 23rd

This is a good time to show off your trucks, classic cars, airplanes, this year they are adding crafts into the mix.

Last year we had 6 trucks show up, Hope more can come out this year.

The event is held at the Beaver County airport, in Chippewa, PA 15010. No fee to enter. Breakfast and lunch will be served for a price. They do ask for donations to enter the C123.

Proceeds are going to help restore a C47, plus some other costs.

They always seem to get a lot of positive support for their events.
I took this pic there some years back at another of the shows at that airport.
It was in a hangar there for some repairs.

Prices have not been set yet, but they will be very reasonable, so make sure to come on an empty stomach!

***Breakfast***
Two choices provided by the Fly Girls Cafe:

1) Pancakes, Sausage Links, Scrambled Eggs and a Beverage
2) Biscuits and Gravy, Sausage Links, Scrambled Eggs and a Beverage

***Lunch***
Lunch Menu items, will include various Combo Meals:
* Hamburgers / Cheeseburgers
* Hotdogs / Cheese Dogs
* Brauts
* Fresh Cut French Fries
* Home Made Potato Salad
* Pop and Water (available throughout the day)
