The coffee can stored atop—What prevents this kind of setup from having excess rain fill up the exhaust/turbo/cylinders?
Obviously the slash cut outlet helps some.
That'd be a local rain weather calc IMO. Where I'm at, there's no rain for 6 months of winter wo exception. Then it varies for the next 6months. If I had the truck stored outside for long periods, I'd just throw a 5gal bucket over it. The flex tube is horizontal and will surely leak water out. I'd be curious to see what long haul truckers think? What prevents this kind of setup from having excess rain fill up the exhaust/turbo/cylinders?

different top on pipe.. 45 down, and/or rain cap. Can also put even a 1degree? down slope on pipe running to side of truck and 90 to vertical adapted just ever so to 89degree.... then a bung on bottom you can unscrew to drain water as part of monthly maintenance. What prevents this kind of setup from having excess rain fill up the exhaust/turbo/cylinders?
