They pop up in the bay here and there. Usually the abs module is bad and it blows one of the fuses under the dash by the steering column. If you replace the fuse and it blows again the module over the back axle is shorted.
I'm having the same issue,the ABS light just stayed on last night when I fired the truck. Everything is in order and tight on the ABS unit itself but still the light stays on after the system self check. I checked for the TM for the truck but it jumps all over the place and isn't really direct to what the underlying cause may be. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
