Actuator, Air Fan Clutch for M923a1

i havee an actuator that is leaking air through the tiny hole - not the larger hole in the end cap...i cleaned and lubed it. still leaks. should there be an o ring in there. when i took in apart it did not have one?

I just developed a leak from this little hole as well. The truck sat for 10+ days so I'm not sure if it's related but I will also trying taking it out and cleaning / lubing it. Did you get a fix on yours?
