Air-O-Matic blueprint help needed!!!!

woke up full of zest and vigor and planned on doing a 1-2-3 install of the kit... ran into a little snag... don't know if it is my set of blueprints that spec out the frame hole dimensions and the placements that is blurry, but I cannot distinguish some of the numbers ... the 8s and the 0s or the 9s... and not wanting to go the trial error route, I figured I would ask here if any of the other members had a problem like that, and if they did not, I would really appreciate a scan of the blueprints that is clearer than mine. BTW, the kit looks incredible. I am so looking forward to getting it operational !!!

If somebody has a clear set that wants to sell or can make copies of it, I would be more than willing to pay for the expense incurred.

I had the same problems with my diagrams.
I used the list of hardware that detailed what was in each package. I counted how many of the same part were in each to help identify them. Then you can use the process of elimination to figure it out.

You might try a trial run off the truck to help get everything straightened out.
I laid all my parts out first.

The only 2 problems I ran into was that the bushing for the shock was too small to fit and the rubber rings for the cylinder were too big. I had to cut about 25% off and use a floor jack to out pressure on the top one as I attached the power cylinder to the bracket while I slipped the bottom one in. It also helps to use rubbing alcohol when fitting the tube fittings on.

Thanks. That process of elimination will work well with the hardware, but the measurements and hole sizes are a totally different issue. I am hopeful that someone has a set of prints that is clear enough to copy or scan.

You might hold off on drilling any holes until you get to the point in the installation that you would use them. You may change your mind.

I didn’t drill the two holes in the fender to run the lines. It looked to me to be a good way to cause a failure in the line. I just ran it back past the fender.

Here are pics on how I ran my air lines to the drag link...
The zip ties only hold the lines together.

Be sure to leave enough slack for the lines to move back and forth with the drag link..

Also, the hole to pass the air supply line through the frame was already there on my truck....

I do prefer the non-holey approach. I will tackle the job this weekend... lets see how it goes. Thank you all. BTW, for a handy first timer with nice tools, what would you all estimate the time to do the install at? How about for a winch install?

I drilled the holes, and the rubber grommet things did not fit well, it also looked like it would not take much to wear through and cut into the lines.. so i decided to route the hoses back further like others in this thread to the semi-circle cut out already there.
