AIR PRESSURE IN TIRES?

Hello to ya'all! Have not been on here for some time. So we bought 6 NEW 11.00 x 20 military tires, tubes and liners. All new. And even found folks that will change them for us at a very reasonable price. I do not want anyone getting hurt by these rims.
We had been running 55# in the old tires. Just afraid of the old tires.
But now we have new one. But do we really need to run 70# in these? We only haul veterans in parades?
We had been having wobble problems, and it just accered to me that maybe because of the low tire pressure?
Any knowledgable advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks
