Air Snorkel Whistling

Is it normal to have the air snorkel whistle when driving between 50-55? it only does it in that speed range and stops as soon as you take your foot of the accelerator....

So weird mine did the same thing after I thought the top wasn't on far enough. Pushed it down to far it was choking itself. As soon as I moved it back up and tightened it down no more whistle. Hope that helps and I explained myself well enough
