Yes there is if you cause a restriction with your hand. If you have very much vacuum at all with everything in place you better clean your air filter.
The deuce has a vacuum gauge for this purpose, look to the left of your steering wheel, when the red is showing in the "window" you have an indication of "vacuum", full red is about 20 inches of water IIRC.
