It looks cute! It appears to be an American Coleman MB-4. 1970' vintage.
Are there any data plates etc that you could take a pic of? What are you planning to do with it? I always wondered how these tugs do off the tarmac, being quite hefty. It is all wheel drive, right?

American Coleman Tug
Need some info/help on a 1981 American Coleman Tug. Mainly we're looking for a manual for said tug, along with identifying a throttle/linkage part. We're having a problem with the throttle linkage, mainly it has no return, you have to manually pull the pedel back to idle. We replaced a broken...
