I would have bought it. it looks good and salvageable. But then I salvage anything. It looks like a fine candidate for a barn style restoration.

The M1008 will fit the largest Uhaul car trailer they have, with 4-6 inches to spare, with stock tires.

thank you! i had heard that the trailer MIGHT be big enough and might NOT. I have a friend who goes over Monteagle (the big hill I was talking about) and he said he's done many times with lower spec vehicles and said the key was to stay 35mph or slower on that steep grade down so you don't end up with the M1008 "driving" you as you round the curve.
anyway, water under the bridge unless i find another vehicle in chattanooga.
