Gorgeous! Did you restore her, or buy her that way? If you did the resto, show us some before and after pics!

Wow!! That is beautiful!! Me and Bjorn (cranetruck) have a Goat in lots of pieces that we were hoping to restore. It hasn't moved since we got it back from the junkyard. Too little time and money right now. Plus we live about 5 hours from each other! Got any leads on a Goat engine and tranny combo? That's all we're missing.

I bought it about 18 years ago from a museum in Nebraska. Totally disassembled it and started from scratch.
I drove to the MVPA National convention in 2000. Elizabeth, Colorado to Kansas City , Kansas. 1200 miles round trip. 14.2 mpg at 55, not a bad ride at all just real noisy.

I've read that the troops did not like them and they where hard to work on. But I would still like to have one someday they do look cool.I'm redoing/restoreing some trucks and hope that they trun out as good as yours.
And your house looks great too.

They are a pain in the butt to get into and more complicated than you'd think. (Being Amphibious). They are a nightmare to work on, but when running , they are a kick to drive and a real attention getter.
Thanks, about the house. We live out on the plaines S. E. of Denver about 40 miles. Had to have a log even if it wasn't in the mountains. Good place to hide military vehicles too.
