Any thoughts on a useful substitution for those long spring antennas

I am looking for alternatives to installing the long spring antenna. Its not practical and I dont want just that antenna base sitting there looking awkward. Anyone have any ideas they always thought would be cool to try on the back on their Hmmwv:

1. WiFi Range extender
2. Cell signal jammer - Helpful if you have kids.
3. GPS Antenna
4. HD Rear Camera
5. Rotating Yellow Light for BioHazard Alert (Im reaching with this one)
6. Infra-Red Camera

Anything you guys can come up with that would be functional and look better than this:

There are these "high survivability" style antennas.
All steel whip that is easily removed with a collet style retainer.
Half the size and still are correct.
And they are supposedly the only ones easily adapted to use with a CB radio.
AS-3916 I believe
