Anyone ever route wires inside A pillar?

It looks like there is a path, but it looks like a pain to route. Contemplating running down through this hole.

Yep. Used a wire fish which I could bent different angles to fish the wires through the space.
Also used wire loom over the wires to keep them from damage and grommets if I drilled a hole to pass the wire through.
has worked well so far.
