Anyone know where I can Locate information on a MWO ?

I have a MWO 5380527424 & P Applied on my M917 I have searched the internet to find its meaning and I find Nothing? Another oddity is in the SN of the truck as well as the markings of the truck are CF 8465 I have searched this as well and only find my posts on here to CARNAC with the trucks info. any help would be greatly appreciated. !!

Or not, maybe a moderator can add these (they came from Logsa {which appears to open to everyone again, Yaaa!}, liberated manuals, and a google scan; all appear to be unlimited distribution). The lube order is just a partial, all the other versions of it I found only let you view a page at a time.
