What height are the tires? 53"?
Do you know the weight of the wheel and tire?
Can you post some more images of the spare tire arrangement please? I was under the imression that big of tires would not fit or be easy to hoist.

what are the bumperetts off of? Did you have to modify the rear cross member to mount them?

I think Im going to do this insted of extending my M818 for the s250 sleeper I was thinking of. This looks better, easier, and can be changed back to stock if needed.

I did a dropside and a little different because I left a walk space between the spare/tool box and the bed.

I am in the process of doing the same thing with my 818 but also adding a dump kit to it.
