Just throwing it out there.

Everything glow plug related checks out exactly as it should. Correct voltages everywhere, correct cycling. Everything fuel related checks out as it should. Correct pressures at the correct locations, filter is in good working order, no leaks anywhere. Going to run what's in the tank low and try for some more expensive diesel to see if it is any different.

You may have a small air leak in a fuel line. Very simple test to find out. just replace the fuel line pointed to in the picture with a clear hose like in the picture. Re prome the system than go for a drive. when you park it there should be no air in the tube. Let it sit for a few hours or a day and check it again. If there is any thing biger than a bubble in the line you have air that is getting into your system. Replace the rubber fuel lines and test again. With any luck that will fix the problem. If you are still getting air in the system than check the hard lines, and from there I am not sure where to go if that does not fix the problem.
