Be careful wearing loose clothing around live, rotating equipment, especially PTO's. Seen multiple injuries with clothing pulled into the machine. Worst one was total degloving of the penis (pulled all the skin off)!

If I remember my OSHA pamphlets correctly, you can die from falling at the height of the top of your head... For most of us, that's 6 feet or a few fingers less.

Pays to have a work platform or ladder when doing elevated work. And with the larger trucks, as the OP has indicated, the height is enough to cause injury if you're more "lucky" (I still call it bad luck - but it's better-n-dead!!).
