It seems pvt. dumba** filled the t-case on my XM818 with used eng oil. The bearings did not like this. Well I assume this. I refilled it with gear lube but over 30mph it starts to scream still. I looked up the bearing in the TM. There are 11 bearing with 7 NSN's and like 50+ part numbers   Yet some of these PN come back as the same size :? And some I can't cross at all.
Does any one have good #'s for the bearing????

The transfer case on the 800 series is about the weakest link. It is not a job I would do myself. I had one go bad on my 812 and had a truck shop do the work, and it took them twice to get it right.
I would sure talk to one of the bigger dealers about an exchange for a rebuilt.
