best way to fit doors to cab?

I have the same problem with mine. One door has the old style and the other the new style. I need a pair of the old style myself!

Wonder if the result would have been any different if I'd tried bending with heat.

If it was cast, I doubt it. You just can't hardly bend cast without it breaking.

Yes please! I just need the inner half (cab-side, as shown) of two hinges like the two on the top in this picture. See how much sharper the bend in the hinges on the bottom is?
