Biggest tires for deuce stock rims

I know this has been posted before, but I'm having trouble finding the threads. I have a deuce, which is a keeper, and I want to be rid of the NDTs on it. I would prefer to keep the stock rims. I run it in west Texas, where everything that grows, slithers and walks pretty much has nettles or stingers. The NDTs have had it. I do NOT want to run super singles, flip hubs, etc. Question is what tire size is the max size you can mount with a tube on the stock rims. Alternative suggestions welcome.

12.00 x 20 I have seen that on the rims.
Most likely the tire you will run into is a 11.00 x 20

Well if I had the coin I would go with the Goodyear G177 in a 11.00X20 size which looks great on the deuce. But unless I hit the lottery or a rich relative leaves me a pot of cash I have to stick to stock.
