Uncle has been selling the early models for some time now. The ones that have sold are the birds you see on the SWAT tv show and various Youtube channels.

Too bad. In reading the info it looks like the took the pics before they removed all the rotor blades , stabling stuff and windows. I wonder if they include all the stuff they pulled ? Except for the gun and nvg.

All it takes is money.

What it takes to get one of these legal to fly, let alone to make any money with it, is astronomical.
Background checks, pilot training, parts, inspections, overhauls, operating costs, certification's, etc.

Yea, auction price is cheap.
This one is going for more than they usually do.
Better have another $1-2 million+ at least, to get it flying and legal.

Then be able to afford the per hour operating cost.

Yes their fun to fly and a great airframe, but it's very expensive to operate.
