Those who have blown a 6.2 headgasket, can you relate how and when it happened? Driving on the freeway, lugging the motor, or just cruising along minding your business. If the motor/truck was modified, how?, turbo, etc. . .?

I ask this because I am getting ready to put the Banks kit on my 1009, and the motor has approx 60k on it, and wondering about longevity after installing the kit.

Thanks,
Ed

Run it until it happens. Then put in 6.5 headgaskets. I have not blown mine and i have put almost 15psi of boost to it.
