bobbed m35a2 gvwr?

So I know I'm going to get flack for this and yes I know I can register it historic so please help me figure this out for info purposes.

so assuming that I've been told you loose 33% for the bob job and 20% for the super singles and a gvwr originally of 23500 for the winch trucks.

simple math would tell us that 23500 times .53 Equals 12455. Does this mean that even if i paid the tabs for it after it was bobbed I still couldn't legally haul much of anything in it? A bobbed duece with super singles and winch/hardtop weighs 10400... 2000lbs isnt much of a capacity, my f350 is rated for that!

Data plate I had seen for the XM381 deuce listed it as a 2 ton cargo truck. It listed it's empty weight at 10,300lbs.
The off road loaded gvw listed was 15,310
It had a total highway gvw of 17,750lbs.
