Well I started to take the Deuce apart for the bobber. I'm not going to use the 12' cargo box, but instead I'll use a M-105 box. I like the way that both, a cut down cargo box and a M-105 looks, but I prefer the wheel well look on a shorty Duece.
To remove the box I unbolted the bolts that hold it on and undid the wiring for the trailer lights hook up. I then chained it to my M-104 trailer and drove out from under it. The box slid off rather nicely and uneventfull.
I'm going to run the truck in the local Memorial Day parade here in town so I best get a move on.
