Broken glow removal,Any advice ??

I couldnt get it out.I tried for 2 days..I left it in there.I starts and runs fine,A little smoke when first starts up.

First thing we did was get a pair of needle nose vice grips on the glow plug. Then use a pry bar against the engine to leverage out the vice grips while twisting. If the glow plug broke in half then remove the injector, use angled hemostats to grab the rear back half, and then push them in using a small punch. It was a pain on the passenger side (can't remember which side) because of the tight fit. It was a common occurrence. The Glow Plug Controllers always went bad.
