Can anyone ID this military transfer case?

Can anyone help me ID this transfer case? The only tag on it is the one shown and that company went out of business years ago.
This came out of a military 6x6 USAF Airport crash response firetruck manufactured by Oshkosh in 1974.
I need to know ratios and how it operates. I do not know if this xfer case was standard equipment on any other military trucks or not.

Welcome. That was not used in any other military trucks that I am aware of. I would guess it is a single ratio 1:1, based on the "thinness" of the box (verify by turning yokes). Power would be applied to the upper drive yoke, and then would go through the "drop box" gears to the lower shaft, and be available full time to the rear axle and selectable to the front axle, if you can find an air cylinder or linkage. It could be full time if you cannot find a means to disengage the front yoke. Looks like it has pressurized lubrication, make sure that works, the pickup screens tend to get plugged. I would guess it was rated for 350 hp.

Did a little digging. The only Oshkosh crash truck made in 1974 is the P4. It had the engine in the back, with the transmission pointing forward. So the front axle disconnect, if it has one, will be on the wrong side of the transfer case if you put the engine in the usual spot on your build.

Right now it has 1:.75 reduction and I'm trying to determine if it's a multi reduction and it's stuck in low and has a 1:1 high or not

And yes, P4 is also what I came up with. Yes it was rear engine and had the Cat 1693 425hp engine
