Can someone ID this part?

Good morning,
I'm going thru my spare parts box's & found this. does anybody know what it is?
I know I bought it when I was stocking up on parts after I bought my Deuce 10+ years ago, and can't figure out what its for.

That is part of the throttle linkage for the M35 gasser: Part #7539136 --- LINK, ASSY.

Looks like a throttle shaft, the arm that sticks out is where the return spring attaches.
