carburetor float

The carburetor is a Holley 885-FFG. I don't have the complete manual to give you the correct float adjustment but you'd be pretty close setting up the float so the arm is perfectly horizontal.

I own a G749 M211 GMC that uses the same design carb and I set mine Level and it works good or as JasonS said perfectly horizontal should work good for You.

While I am unsure as to how much help this may be there are three manuals (older version) for the M35 deuce with the OA331 iincluded. They are at the bottom of the list on the M35 download page at www.jatonkam35s.com .

These are the versions issued in 1965. While they may not have the specific information you are looking for right now, they do cover the gas engined Deuce of the M35 series fairly well.
