CCKW rear spring seat bearings

I was looking at the REAR SPRING SEAT BEARINGS reading the tech manual, still not sure how to properly grease them. Any help from those who have done it?.

If you have them apart, pack like a wheel bearing. If not, loosen the cap and put grease in the zerk until you see it come out from under the cap.

I don't have them apart however, cant see a grease zerk. I will have to clean it off better and look
