I have an extra angle brace for the #7, the one that looks like a wish bone and goes from the trolley to the bottom outside edges of the bed. Looks to be NOS.

I have a later M44 series bed, an M35A2.A spring shop is the way to go. What type of bed do you have, it changes the hardware you will need. Is it on a CCKW or a post-war M truck.
Smallest my local shop could do in that length was 5/8" shaft.I am going to call my local driveshaft shop tomorrow.

I see who did all of the work.Had a grand time with my Dad yesterday removing my A3 bed from Dave's car trailer using the hoist. Worked very well.
